Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium all available using our Miller welders with up to 350 Amps.
Mig Welding
Mild Steel using our SAF and Murex Welders up to 250 Amps.
Tube & Section Manipulation
Ring rolling of tube up to 2″ and various sections using our ZOPF ring rolling machine, also mandrill bending up to 34mm dia on a Tubela machine
Cutting
Cutting with our range of machinery including:-Horizontal band saw, Cold cut disc saw , Plasma cutter, and our Edwards Guillotine.Coming soon is a Safan press brake.
Forming
Forming with a variety of equipment including our 50 Tonne Edwards Iron Worker, a Hand Folder and a Fly Press, We hope soon to add a 60 Tonne Press Brake with a good selection of tooling.
Finishing
Polishing of components to a mirror finish if required.Surface finishing with our Guyson Bead Blaster, from small components to motorcycle frames and car parts. Please see our Bead Blast Section for pictures of before and after items.
